1940 Chrysler Crown Imperial Limousine

The Nawab of Bahawalpur, Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan Abbasi V, owned every vehicle in pairs. Pictured above: a rare pair of 1940 Chrysler Crown Imperial Limousines. After most vehicles from the Bahawalpur Motor Khana went to private owners in the 2005 auction, this black one was retained by a family member Mr. Faiz-ur-Rasheed Abbasi. Its twin was recently spotted in Islamabad. Its twin has recently been sold and supposedly moved to Karachi with its new owner. Pictures by: Sahibzada
